Anh Doan Quoc is a seasoned Head of Product, Social & Discovery at Zalo with over 10 years of relevant experience. Currently, he is leading his team to drive the next chapter of product growth for Social & Discovery values at Zalo. Anh is actively seeking passionate Product Owners who want to create an impact on 100 million users to join his team. Anh's expertise lies in product management, mobile, and product design. He has previously worked as a Product Management Lead at Zalo, where he led a team of 12, including product owners, developers, and designers. He was responsible for creating and delivering product strategies for a vertical in Zalo Mobile App, driving user researchers, data analysts/scientists to monitor, understand user insights & explore product opportunities, and recruiting and building up product teams. Before joining Zalo, Anh was a Product & Design Manager at Geek Up, where he founded and developed the product design ability of the company. He built up a design & PO team of 5 to deliver world-class quality products with a UCD mindset. He worked with clients to help define MVP, value proposition, feature prioritization, synthesized data from user insight, stakeholders interview, business strategy to create actionable plans, and coached other POs to be more user & value-driven in an agency environment. Anh holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Information System from RMIT University Vietnam. He is proficient in product management, mobile, and product design.
